Job satisfaction among female teachers in Pakistan, a critical yet often overlooked area in the education sector. Female teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the nation's future by educating the youth, and their satisfaction directly influences their performance, motivation, and commitment to the profession. This article employs a systematic approach to analyze the existing body of research on job satisfaction among female teachers in Pakistan. The methodology involves the selection and evaluation of peer-reviewed research articles published in reputable journals. These studies were identified through a comprehensive search of online academic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and Research gate. It is concluded that job satisfaction among female teachers in Pakistan is influenced by a complex interplay of salary, work environment, social expectations, and gender-related challenges. While the education system is in urgent need of reform to address these issues, a holistic approach that includes both policy changes and cultural shifts is essential. By focusing on these factors, Pakistan can improve the job satisfaction of its female teachers, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education in the country.
